All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline any project that does not meet our quality standards or safety requirements.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free quotes based on your specific project requirements. Quote prices are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or if site conditions differ from initial assessment.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with final payment due upon project completion and your approval.

Project Timeline

We provide estimated completion timelines for each project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site complications.

You will be notified promptly if any delays occur, and we will work with you to minimize any inconvenience.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installation workmanship is guaranteed for one year from the date of completion. Artificial turf products carry manufacturer warranties that vary by product type and will be explained during your consultation.

Warranty claims must be reported in writing within 30 days of discovering the issue. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper use, or damage caused by third parties is not covered.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the work area during your project. This includes ensuring pets are secured and that the work area is clear of obstacles. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.

Our team follows all applicable safety regulations and uses professional equipment. For your safety, please keep children and pets away from active work areas.

Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit to cover materials already ordered and scheduling costs.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Limitation of Liability

TurfMotion West Allis Artificial Grass and its employees or contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can resolve it promptly. Most issues can be resolved through open communication and good faith efforts.

Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and handled in the courts of Milwaukee County.

Changes to Terms
